While heart rate monitors are widely used in other sports where power meters aren’t available, cyclists in general have lost the ability to use them; only professionals do so because they’re so complex to use and interpret. We’ve discovered the secrets of heart rate and consider it a very powerful tool. It provides (if you know how to interpret it) an unparalleled window into every detail of an athlete. The differences lie in the vast amount of data that can be extracted from a heart rate graph, offering such refined details that no other tool can match. This depth of information, combined with other tools, allows us to personalize not only training but also other details about the athlete’s body with an otherwise impossible precision.

How Does It Work? What is the process like?
1. Know - We get to know you, step by step
You can fill out the form at the bottom of this page or email us telling us about your athletic and cycling history, your characteristics, and your goals and aspirations. You can also schedule a free WhatsApp call with us using the button at the bottom of the form. During this time, you can tell us more about yourself, we’ll explain our method further, and we’ll answer any questions you may have.
2. Ride - We analyze the data thoroughly
One of the key ways to understand you from an athletic perspective is to analyze at least 3-5 of your heart rate graphs recorded over 3-5 workouts. This will allow us to understand how your body works, its characteristics, and its needs. Only then can we provide you with valuable insights into your current situation, your goals, how you can improve your performance, and the quality of your training. Train smart, not hard, is one of our favorite mottos.
3. We do a complete 360-degree assessment
At this point, we’ll send you our overall assessment, next steps, your initial instructions, and guidelines for future training sessions. We’ll also give you access to our WhatsApp group, so you can learn more about us and our method directly from our cycling clients.
4. We interact with you weekly
This is where the fun begins! You send us your training graphs or links along with feedback on how you felt before, during, and after your session. We’ll respond once or more a week (depending on your chosen program) with feedback, next steps, guidelines, and suggestions regarding your training and other aspects that could impact your performance and overall well-being.
5. Cycling Trips & Training Camps
Several times a year and in different locations, we organize our special cycling weeks/events, where we get to know you personally, train together, and hold classes on various topics, which are always great fun and informative. The locations we currently offer are: Tenerife, the Canary Islands, Spain-California, USA-Italy, but we are working on adding more soon. We always choose places with the best mild climates, breathtaking scenery, very welcoming people, fresh, local, and delicious food, and comfortable accommodations.
