Heart-Rate Based Training Overview
While our training method incorporates various tools like the power meter and cutting-edge technologies, we put a particular emphasis on the heart rate graph, often referred to as a cardiogram. While the HR monitor is widely used in other sports where the power meter is non-existent, the cyclists in general have lost the ability to use it, only the professionals do it because it’s very complex. We tapped into the secrets of the HR and we find it to be a very powerful tool. It provides (if you know how to read it) an unparalleled window into every nuance of our athletes' performance. The surprises lie in the extensive details that we can get from a a HR graph, offering refined insights unmatched by any other tool. This depth of information together with other tools empowers us to tailor our training with precision that would otherwise be impossible.

You have the options of filling in the form at the bottom of this page or send us an e-mail about your athletic and cycling history, your characteristics and your goals and aspirations. You can also book a free call with us at the button here below, call during which you can tell us about yourself and we can further elaborate on how we work and we can also answer any questions that you may have.
We analyse it thoroughly
One of the fundamental ways that we can get to know you athletically speaking is by analysing about three of your heart rate graphs or cardiograms. That will allow us to understand how your body works, what characteristics it has, what it needs and only then can we come back to you with valuable information about where you stand right now in relation with where you want to be, how you can improve your performance and the quality of your training. Train smart, not hard, is one of our favourite mottos.
We give you an evaluation
At this point we send you our general evaluation, next steps, your first instructions and guidelines regarding your next training sessions. We will also give you access to our community so that you can learn more about us and our method first hand from our cyclist clients.
First month is always FREE!
We choose carefully who we want to work with. We only want to work with cyclists who we can truly help and those who we are compatible with, who truly trust us and who share our vision. Sometimes that does not happen so the first month will be an assessment one both for you and for us and if at the end we don’t want to continue, then no hard feelings!
We interact with you weekly
Here starts the fun! You send us your training graphs or links together with feedback on your sensations before, during and after the training session either each time you train or once a week (depending on the program that you selected). We reply once a week we give you our feedback, next steps, guidelines, suggestions about your training and about other aspects that might influence your performance and overall wellbeing.
Cycling Weeks
Several times a year and in several different locations we hold our special cycling weeks where we get to know you personally, train with you and hold lectures on different topics which is always so much fun and is so informative. The locations we now have are Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain – California, USA – Italy but we are working on adding new locations in the near future. We always choose places with the best mild climates, gorgeous landscapes, very friendly people, delicious, fresh, local foods and comfortable accommodations.
